Well, Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya fans, here’s a welcome! Finally, the rituals begin with the auspicious Pasupu Danchadam ceremony. Sobhita took to Instagram to post beautiful pictures from the event captioning it “Godhuma Raayi Pasupu Danchadam And so it begins!”
One of the most important pre-wedding rituals that he explained to me was Pasupu Danchadam, which he said was very similar to the Haldi ceremony that we do here in North India. The turmeric application forms a huge part of blessing and purifying the couple before the big day. Sobhita looked gorgeous wearing a bright-colored saree with a gold and green border surrounded by all the women of her household.
It is a really special year for Sobhita, and the only Indian show to feature in a field of applicants across 14 categories happened to be The Night Manager. More news and updates about their wedding are eagerly awaiting fans as the couple will soon march down the aisle.
