Ranna Ch Dhanna Storyline
Ranna Ch Dhanna narrates the story of two very unlikely companions, Ranna and Dhanna, whose worlds collide in the most unexpected ways.
Ranna is a simpleton from a small Punjabi village who is known for his big heart and not-so-bright ideas. Daydreaming about a better life, he is convinced that lady luck is just about to come his way. The only problem is that all of his efforts at bettering his life end up getting him into increasingly ridiculous situations.
On the other hand, Dhanna is a new-age, independent girl who has an affinity for logic and sequence and hails from the city. The situation gets them together in such a way that a streak of mistaken antics sucks Ranna into it, and the duo gets entangled in a hilarious misadventure after another. A misunderstanding involving a stolen bag of money sets off a chain of events that gets them into a mad rush across Punjab, accompanied by a host of quirky characters and several comic situations.
As the confused state of Ranna and Dhanna is unraveled, their effort to get out of this predicament brings to light that the two share more in common than one would think. Filled with witty dialogues, situational humor, and heartwarming moments, the film becomes an ideal entertainer for audiences across all age segments.
