She gained critical acclaim for her role in the independent movie Eden. On TV, Chung played Mulan in Once Upon a Time, starred in The Gifted, and voiced Go Go Tomago in Big Hero 6: The Series. In 2020, she appeared in HBO’s Lovecraft Country.
